LIL CHALLENGE | FEBRUARY 2026 LADYBUG💪🏾
Hey y’all! Welcome to your February Lil Challenge, Ladybug! (also known as deadbug, but I don’t like that name, so I changed it😉) Get ready to build some deep core strength and proper alignment.
DETAILS
1. Perform Ladybug 3 Days/Week. 16-20 reps (You Choose😊)
2. There are 4 options to choose from!
3. TIP | Make sure you warm up your body before getting started and stretch after. (Especially if you use the weights)
BENEFITS
1. Strengthens the Body | Deep Core (includes Pelvic Floor), Back & Increases Hip & Shoulder Mobility
2. Builds Endurance | As you continue doing this challenge, you’ll notice your body (and mind) getting stronger. What may have been a struggle the first day will become easier as you continue through this exercise.💪🏾
3. Increases Perseverance | As you keep going with this challenge, your body (and mind) will automatically build perseverance. You may have a moment (or moments) where you want to stop, but reminding yourself of what you’ve already accomplished will help you continue to move forward.
