LIL CHALLENGE | JANUARY 2026 BARREPOP! BURPEE💪🏾
Happy 2026, Y’all! We’re starting off the New Year with a move that’s packed full of cardio & strength, the BarrePop! Burpee!
DETAILS
1. Do the BarrePop! Burpee 3 Days/Week. 10-15 reps (You Choose😊)
2. There are 3 options to choose from!
3. TIP | Make sure you warm up your body before getting started and stretch after.
BENEFITS
1. Strengthens the Body | Core, Arms, Shoulders, Booty & Legs.
2. Builds Endurance | As you complete the challenge each day, you may notice you’ll start to get a lil tired towards the end (some days, you may get tired in the beginning😉). Keep going, tho! Moving when we don’t feel like it will help to build endurance so we get stronger, physically & mentally.
3. Increases Perseverance | BarrePop! Burpees for a whole month? Yup! A lil intense? Yup! But, you will increase your ability to persevere, even when the challenge feels too much. You’ll find that you actually have a strength inside of you that is stronger than you know🙏🏾
