LIL CHALLENGE | NOVEMBER 2025 REST🧘🏾♀️
Yup! You read that title right! This month’s Lil Challenge is to REST! No set rules here, just set aside time for yourself each day in whatever way means rest to you💛
BENEFITS
1. Strengthens the Body | Giving yourself rest from these Lil Challenges allows your body to recover. As you recover, your muscles do their work of building back stronger!
2. Builds Endurance | Sometimes we’re in seasons where we just have to go, go, go! But, if you can schedule in some rest (even a 5 minute breathing break) will do wonders for your mental health and will allow you to continue enduring in whatever season you’re in.
3. Increase Perseverance | Same as above on this one👆🏾Persevering is a longer period of endurance. The only way to sustain ourselves is by implementing rest. I love this passage from the Holy Bible, I hope it helps you in seasons where you need to let go and rest: "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28. So, go ahead, y'all! Rest ya self!
