LIL CHALLENGE | MARCH 2026 PULSE SQUAT💪🏾
Hey Y’all! We’ve got an energizing, lower body strengthening lil challenge this month, the squat pulse. You’ll feel the burn, the shakes and your strength building, too🙂
DETAILS
1. Perform Pulse Squats 3 Days/Week, 15-20 reps/Day
2. There are 3 options to choose from!
3. TIP | Make sure you warm up your body before getting started and stretch after.
BENEFITS
1. Strengthens the Body | Core, Booty, Legs & Calves
2. Builds Endurance | This lil challenge will help build core and lower body strength which will help you endure through everyday tasks IRL. Keeping your eyes on the goal of 20 reps will also help you endure through this challenge😉
3. Increases Perseverance | Oh, we love a squat! But, do them 3 days/week, every week?! You may be thinking, “Um, no thanks,” But, persevering through this challenge will not only make you physically stronger but it will show you your inner strength, encouraging you that you can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens you.
