LIL CHALLENGE | APRIL 2026 GRATITUDE 2.0🙌🏾
Happy April, Y’all! We’ve got a heart centered Lil Challenge this month that focuses on Gratitude! We did this challenge last April and it felt so good, we’re doing it again! There’s so much to be grateful for so let’s put a lil extra focus on the good!
DETAILS
1. What | List what you are grateful for each day. (How many is up to you!)
2. When | Complete this challenge every single day of the month!
3. How | Write it down! On a random piece of paper, journal or a notes app on your phone
4. Tip | Check in with what you’ve written as you move through your day. It can help you remember the good going on in your life.
BENEFITS
Increases your Mood | Dwelling on the good things (or the Heavenly things above 2 Cor 4:18) changes your perspective which changes your mood! You’ll be smiling that beautiful smile of yours and add a lil brightness to someone else’s day.
Builds Endurance | The more you focus on the things you're grateful for, the more you’ll be able to enjoy your days regardless of circumstances.
Increases Perseverance | Sometimes life is just sucky! When we commit to being grateful (even when life is LIFEING) it helps us to continue moving forward or waiting for the right thing. We can also remember that God works all things together for our good (even the sucky stuff!). Romans 8:28
