LIL CHALLENGE | SEPTEMBER 2025 LUNGES💪🏾
Get ready to build lower body strength, increase your heart rate & improve balance all in this one Lil September Challenge!🙋🏾♀️
DETAILS
1. What | Lunge Challenge
2. When | 3 Days/Week. You pick the days & times.
3. How | Perform 25 lunges on each leg
4. Tip | Make sure your body is warm before starting and stretch after🙂
5. Additional Tip | If 25 reps on each leg is too much to do at once, try breaking it up throughout the day! You can do some in the morning, afternoon &/or night!
BENEFITS
1. Strengthens the Body | Booty, Legs, Core, Posture & Balance
2. Builds Endurance | 25 lunges ain’t no joke! You’ll get your heart rate up and you’ll feel your muscles working pretty quickly. You might feel fatigue setting in as you start, but the more you keep doing this challenge, the stronger you’ll get!
3. Increase Perseverance | I’mma be honest! There may be some days where you just don’t feel like doing this challenge (unless you love lunges💛). But, part of doing a challenge is persevering to the finish. You will feel so good and proud of yourself for making it to the end!
