LIL CHALLENGE | MARCH 2025 PUSH-UPS💪🏾
et ready to increase your upper body strength and ability to wait😉with this March Push-Up Challenge!
DETAILS
1. What | Do 20 push-ups 3 days/week
2. Options | There are three options for your push-ups 👇🏾
1️⃣Standing push-ups against a wall or countertop
2️⃣Push-Ups on your knees
3️⃣Push-Ups on your toes
3. When | You can complete the challenge any 3 days of the week at anytime
4. Tip | Make sure your body is warm before you start and stretch after 🙂
BENEFITS
1. Strengthens the body | Arms, Shoulders, Back, Core
2. Builds Endurance | We’ll be doing the same amount of push-ups each day we complete the challenge for the entire month, without changing the number of reps. You will notice the push-ups becoming easier each week. You may also notice that once you master the 20 pushups, you’re going to want to do more. But, don’t. Like in life, we sometimes have to learn how to wait even when we feel ready to move on. This is going to increase your endurance to wait. (aka patience😊)
3. Increase Perseverance | Committing to this challenge 3 days/week is going to increase your ability to do something you may not want to do. Life can get busy and/or you may be tired, but persevering through this challenge is going to strengthen your ability to commit to doing something for yourself regardless of circumstances.
