LIL CHALLENGE | OCTOBER 2025 BEAR HOLD💪🏾
Happy October! For this month’s Lil Challenge we’re tackling the bear hold…for 1 minute. Yup, you can do this!
DETAILS
1. What | Bear Hold
2. When | 3 Days/Week. You pick the days & times.
3. How | Options | 1️⃣Take breaks after holding for a few seconds. 2️⃣Bear Hold as long as you can 3️⃣Bear Walk
4. Tip | Watch the video for tips on form. Remember to warm-up before & stretch after.
BENEFITS
1. Strengthens the Body | Shoulders, Wrists, Arms, Core, Booty & Legs
2. Builds Endurance | Performing a bear hold for 1 minute is a pretty long feat! The more you do this challenge (even if you take breaks, which is ok 🙂) the more your building your endurance. By the end of the month, you’ll be able to go longer or/and be stronger!
3. Increase Perseverance | Doing something over and over again when you don’t want to is hard. That’s where perseverance kicks in. Completing the goal you set will make you feel good, give you increased mental strength & to be able to tackle (or handle) anything else that comes your way!
