Builds Endurance | Doing mountain climbers for a full minute is no joke! Each time you complete the challenge you are building your ability to endure (even if you feel like giving up!).
Increases Perseverance | This challenge will help establish consistency! Simply committing to do these mountain climbers each week will help establish a routine. This will help encourage you to show up, even when you don’t wanna🙂
