Ready for a lil shake? This month our challenge is a 2 minute Wide 2nd with pulses. Yup! That’s right 2 minutes of shaking while we build our strength, endurance & perseverance!

3. How | Options | 1️⃣Flat Feet 2️⃣Tippie Toes w/Chair 3️⃣Tippie Toes (no chair)

BENEFITS
Strengthens the Body | Thighs, Calves, Core, Posture
Builds Endurance | Whew! Pulsing for 2 minutes in Wide 2nd is no joke! But, the more we do it the more we can see we can endure through shaky (& sometimes hard) moments. And there’s always a reward at the end, like strength 🙂
Increases Perseverance | Committing to do this challenge 3 days/week for the whole month when life things might come will help us to continue even when we don’t feel like it.
