Alright y’all! Its time to get our Superwoman strength on with this back strengthening lil challenge!
DETAILS
1. What | Super(wo)man lifts
2. When | 3 days/week. You pick the time and days
3. How | To maximize safety, do these as you're finishing up a pop-up (before the final stretch) while your body is still warm.
4. Tip | Slow & controlled is key🔑
BENEFITS
Strengthens the Body | Back, Core, Booty, Legs
Builds Endurance | Most of the time during workouts, the back is considered an afterthought. B/c of this, your back muscles may not be as strong as other parts of your body. You might feel more fatigued sooner than you would working another body part. That is ok! Endurance will help you build the strength in your body and help you to progress.
Increases Perseverance | Strengthening your back may not be the most fun or flashy thing, (and let’s be real, we wanna do the fun stuff!), but completing this lil challenge will increase your ability to persevere through some of the not fun stuff! (IRL stuff, too!)
