It’s the end of Summer and what better way to close out the season than by spreading a lil kindness.
DETAILS
1. What | Spread a lil kindness.
2. When | Complete this challenge every single day of the month!
3. How | Completely up to you! You can write a kind note or text. Say a prayer for someone or like a post. Lend a helping hand or provide something for someone. There’s no wrong way to be kind 🙂
4. Tip | Have fun with this challenge! (Maybe do something kind for yourself, too)
BENEFITS
Mood Boost | Studies show that when we do something selfless for others, we (in addition to the other person) feel better. Serotonin and endorphins are released. We feel less stressed. And, we just got to make someone else’s day a lil better! Can’t beat that.
Builds Endurance | The kinder we are, the more we feel better👆🏾 which makes it easier to endure any possible hardships, challenges or even just things we don’t wanna do.
Increases Perseverance | Don’t be surprised if after this challenge is complete, you continue to spread more kindness. Perseverance is like a muscle. The more you use it (or do something) the more likely you’ll continue doing it. Let this lil challenge spark encouraging perseverance!
