LIL CHALLENGE | JANUARY 2025 PLANK💪🏾
Let's start the New Year off right with a 2 minute (yes, you read correct 😉) Plank Challenge!
DETAILS
1. Hold a plank for 2 minutes, 3 days/week for the entire month.
2. There are 3 Options to Plank (Knees, Straight Arm Plank or Forearm Plank)
3. TIP | Make sure you warm up your body before getting started and stretch after.
BENEFITS
1. Strengthens the Body | Core, Arms, Shoulders, Booty & Legs.
2. Builds Endurance | Planking ain't easy, but the longer we do it, the stronger we get! We also build our capacity to sustain through any challenge.
3. Increases Perseverance | There may be some days you don't wanna do the challenge, however each time you get up and plank you tap into that ability inside you to overcome obstacles. AKA "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Phil 4:13
