LIL CHALLENGE | MAY 2026 INCHWORM💪🏾
Happy May, Y’all! We’re strengthening our entire body with this month’s lil challenge. You’ll be feeling good and strong by the end 🙂
DETAILS
1. WHEN? | 3 Days/Week, 15 reps each (Want more of a challenge? Bump it up to 20 reps!)
2. HOW? | There are 3 options to choose from!
3. TIPS? | 1️⃣Make sure your body is warm before. 2️⃣Stretch after.
BENEFITS
1. Strengthens the Body | Arms, Shoulders, Wrists, Core, Booty
2. Builds Endurance | This lil move packs a total body punch. You may be feeling like you’ve done enough after a handful of reps, but that’s where endurance kicks in. Keep going and you’ll gain not just physical strength, but mental strength, too! (It’s ok to slow down your tempo if needed🙂)
3. Increases Perseverance | Sometimes when we have a challenge we can get overwhelmed🙋🏾♀️ (especially if it feels like a long journey). Focus on completing one rep at a time, week by week You’ll finish this challenge feeling more encouraged knowing you can handle whatever comes your way! (Phil 4:13)
